Hoping there is a member here from France, that might be able to help me out grabbing some paring knives from https://www.metro.fr/.

Looks like you need to be in the food industry to sign up for a METRO card in order to buy from their site.

Looks like i have found multiple sites that sell the knife i am looking for but none of them ship to USA. Looks like I might just need someone who would be willing to order, then ship out to California.

I am not from France, but what exactly are you looking for?
In general they sell stuff that isn't special or hard to find.

I can't find them outside of France either, these seem to be really specific to one market indeed

Sending from Europe to the USA has become extremely expensive. Think some €45‐50 for a single item. You don't pay European VAT, some 20%, depending on the sender's country, so it's only interesting for orders far above €200. I don't know what you like so much about these parers, but for stuff from Europe you better have a look at

Best European parers are by Robert Herder, Solingen, AKA Windmill. Famous for their very thin grinding.
If you're looking for authentic French parers, though, and the shipping costs aren't your first concern, these are exceptionally well made, out of Sandvik's 14C28N, with a very nice F&F.
