Should probably put this in knife findings but since we’re in the subject this Birgersson has been available now for a little while. Not sure why it hasn’t sold yet. If I didn’t already own a 250mm I’d pick it up.

Still surprised those are still hanging around. Those specs look great to me and while they're a little higher priced than his drops, the difference isn't that much.

I got my Merion last week. Used it for the first time today, and it’s an incredible cutter. Cut through a carrot like butter and was completely silent. 250x58. Also, I’ve always used 240mm gyutos, but some of my recent purchases have been creeping over that mark, and I’m finding that I like it. Before I know it, I’ll be in the 270 club 😁

Picked this up on flea bay for a steal..... I can't find any info on the brand but it is vintage, very well made and a tank. 230mm edge, 108mm tall, 3.3mm at the spine, 660g in weight. What a monster lol. It's gonna be fun breaking down chickens with this beast
