They do. I wish I could find those pea eggplants around here.

How you can cut all the way through any of them, with that knife, I don't know. Maybe the recipe instructions are all like "Cut 7/8ths of the way through each vegetable."

Don't know why those exist. I have it on my Wüsthofs classic ikons and especially on the larger chef knife it's just so unergonomical. By far my worst knife handle. Hurts my my wrist after just half an hour of use.
