Whichever ones I’m not using at work, I rotate a couple daily. Here’s what I’ve got today. I used to have a rule that if my knife bag (18 or 20 slots) and home bar were full, that’s enough knives and I better sell some off, but cleavers blew that right into the rubbish bin.

Triggered! The cleaver is facing the wrong way. How can you post such a harsh picture! :oops:

I tried to secure one of them to the knife strip by just jabbing the tip deep into the wood, but it kept falling down. #IfAtFirstYouDon’tSucceed
