This guy's channel popped up in my recommended feed a while back and he puts some cool stuff. I believe he's Italian so when he does speaking vids I'm lost but his cutting vids are nice. I've tried to get him to come over to KKF but not sure he has.

Nice knife skills, but I want to know where he gets those huge vegetables! Those leeks and bell peppers were insane.
I'm not a tuna guy, and I know we've had tuna butchery videos up before but I enjoyed the combination of knife making and the variety and use of different blades in this one.
Not sure if this is awesome, but this sure is hell of a way to cut onions.

Not that I expect that I'll ever be filleting a sailfish. But here is clearly someone who is passionate about his craft.
Not a fan of kamikoto, so it was nice to see them get shot lol
Giant tuna cleavers are cool.

Couldn’t tell you if the video is actually awesome but this thumbnail gives me life.
Not really a cutting video and not youtube but impressive as heck. Trigger warning for anybody who freaks out at seeing knives get banged against pavers.

Rewatched it today, and he said TF pioneered stainless cladded carbon knives. Is it true?
man, the little things always get me. when he throws the knife in the dishwasher and theres already a phone and a pepper mill in there... my sides.....

Wonder how long it would take to polish with finger stones.
I'm surprised he actually took it to the stone... this is one knife I might be ok with just belt sharpening.
Only if he did a reverse tanto tip it would be a shallot slayer.

I always enjoy Lucas’s instruction style/explanation. I also liked that this was a bit of “back to basics” that isn’t the standard American cuisine talking points. Bonus for you cleaver heads, I’ve only ever seen him use a rectangle.
He's good, he do use other knives, I saw him using a santoku, just not sure about the maker.
