Hi everybody!

My name is Martin, I'm 26, leaving in south of France.
I'm lovin kitchen knives so i guessed here was the good place to be.
I'm also a member of the french forum "Neoczen" which is more about folders than kitchen knives but also a lot of amateurs there.

I have a couple of knives, but mostly a Shibata kotetsu Ktip 210 gyuto, a big gyuto from Bryan Raquin, and a paring knife from Cédric Christ (Ali's blades)

Also love sharpening, I have a couple of stones, i'll give the detail later.

Hatbeer: I'm from between Aix en Provence and Marseille so more East than Argelès (but really like the coast between Perpignan and Collioure, specially Cerbère, Collioure...)
