NKD 7 out of 9. Kisuke Manaka Blue 1 350mm Sakimaru Sujihiki with Ebony, Double horn and triple silver spacers. I tried taking good pics but it’s a bit challenging due to its length.

Adamas Forge 170mm mini gyuto/petty with an S grind in spicy white. Handle is bog oak and dyed maple. Very cool etch on the knife as well. Cuts as good as it looks.

Got it as well. Didn't expect that level of sharpness ootb, and the ginsan feels harder than other knives I have, on the brittle/delicate side.

JCK Natures Blue Moon series BM-4 Nakiri 165mm.
Holy cow this is the sharpest knife I have ever owned out of the box. It has a Hitachi Blue Steel No.2 core clad in softer stainless steel. I shudder to think of sliding this Nakiri into the open-topped plastic knife sleeves I have. I have ordered a Magnolia Saya for this KCF Nakiri, and the KCF Gyuto.

Look at how straight the edge is, this Nakiri is finished by hand.
