Outside of knives…the second most used piece of gear in our kitchen has gotta be the chefs press.

I go to along with a number eight Griswold from the 1920s
Tongs. Gotta have good tongs, I have them at home and in the camper, carry them in my work kit and catering kit. Rosle of course.
Must be a LBL logo with HR.
Almost certainly a pair of bamboo chopsticks.
Massive fan of the Chef’s Press (and Rosle tongs) too. Also pictured: Matfer exoglass fish spatula, Kunz spoon, Gestura spoon, GIR silicone spoonula, Thermopen One.

I use mine just about every day too, but it's from the 1930s-1950s.
Cutting board!
Also, Emile Henry salt cellar, fish spatula, silicone spatula, thermoworks triple timer, rosle ladles, and tongs …. probably in roughly that order

Oxo tongs, ebony spatulas for sautéing that I got in Mexico, and of course my end grain cutting board. But maybe I need some chef presses, given all the praise above!
Bench knife / scraper, but I cook way more vegetables & bread than flesh. And of course, cutting board.

This and metal measuring cups that are etched from William Sonoma. Are the expensive? Yes. Have I had them for 12 years? Indeed
Tongs, meat thermometer, cotton+nitrile gloves for handling hot food
And a Vitamix, I guess, now that I’m a daily kale smoothie drinker for some reason.
Besides things others have mentioned, I use conical strainers practically every day, have them in three sizes. I use them for rinsing things as well as draining/straining.

Thanks! It was something I wanted for a while, but could never work in a kitchen until we remodeled our current place. The open gas burners are great. Only downside is it will heat your kitchen up if you run multiple burners on high and don‘t keep the vent on high.

The Field is a No. 12 (a little over 13 inches across).
The presses are a mix of 13 and 18 oz. I bought two of their grill starter sets, which give you both and have covered everything I use them for.

A mandolin and a microplane. Both irreplaceable tools in my kitchen.
The sheet pan. I use them every day at home and work. More than any other cooking vessel for sure.
Long cooking chopsticks
I can't decide, but certainly In the running:
-pepper mill
-6 quart all clad saute pan
-microplane (long/stick variety)
-immersion blender
-bain marie 1.25 qt steam table insert (which I use hand-in-hand with the immersion blender or hand mixer)
-Earlywood wooden scrapers
