Burlap & Barrel? I’ve only used one of their blends though (smoke’n’herb).

Not a condiment, but canned Spanish or Portugese seafood is always a nice small gift.
Spice blends are always nice too, and there's no shortage of good (often local) sources.

I like these guys for a selection of dried peppers--the days of only red chili flakes for pizza are over!

Real balsamic (the kind that comes in 100ml bottles)

fish sauce, or decent black pepper, depends on where folks are in their food voyage

Never heard of it, although just looked it up. What’s your favorite way to use it? Just as an all purpose topping for eggs and like everything else in the world?

I like using it to top fatty meat, like steak, sashimi, crudo, yakitori - and find using it as a base for salad and soups a little wasteful. Homemade chili crisp is the way to go as far as gifts are concerned imo!

Pain is Good Louisiana style is one of my favorites. Pretty good kick but has a lovely complex flavor, more on the darker umami side than bright and vinegary. Even a dash to stews brings nice things. Can be found on Amazon too

BBQ sauce is extremely subjective but I received this one as a gift and quite liked it. I divide BBQ sauces into a category of dipping sauce or ones you want to baste/mix in to pulled pork etc. This skews towards the latter, it's got a bit more vinegar punch to cut through the fat of pork/beef and some peppery tingle but isn't spicy. Trader Joe's roasted garlic Sriracha BBQ sauce is a good dipping sauce and good on chicken or burgers but is too sweet on pulled pork for me.

It's become trendy in fancy Asian fusion restaurants - they put little dabs on sashimi and sushi rolls. It really shines in this kind of application where you want a quick burst of bright spicy flavor.

My favorite unconventional way of using it so far is in marinades. If you're not careful, it's easy to make your marinade too strong so it requires balance.

I did just this!! I bought a bunch of chili oils. some from restaurants that jar it, some from grocery stores.

I packaged it up pro, and sent it yesterday. if that box blows up, it will pepper spray the entire load. hahahha

no way..I used hard styrofoam.

a pure biological bomb, I made some chili oil a while ago and that one is way too string since I left all the seeds in the chilies...that would make a great biological weapon,

Authentic Romanian garlic sauce, called mujdei ("moosh-DAY").
Take a clove if garlic, peel, mash.
Add a spoonful of water and some salt. Stir.
Some people also add some sunflower oil and pepper, but that's not necessary.

Eat with anything you like.
