Chicken Al Pastor with homemade Sriracha and salad. I threw a few fried oysters mushrooms and a few crumbs of feta cheese into the chicken. Worked out really well.

So, friends came over with some of their garden’s harvest, so I made:
White zucchini filled with rolled barley, topped with Mozzarella, and baked in a self-made tomato sauce and some other veggies:

Yeah, weird. I asked about that at the fish shop. They told me they were really sorry, but they’d already sold all their pineapple octopus. They suggested that I should pre-order next time.
