I assume it is wa powder? I know aframestokyo sells it and he says that it is jnat powder used almost like fingerstones. Could be wrong though

Those are impressive cleaver skills. And that is despite the tremors that chef is struggling with (see at around 9:00).

No, this affects only cleaver users

The extra weight of the blade compared to the handle is affecting one nerve in the wrist hence the tremor. I heard that octagonal handle can prevent it.

For me I think it was hard drug abuse when I was younger. It's never been bad enough for me to get checked out and medicated.

I think most pro’s go through a phase of this in one form or another. For me it got bad, real bad to where if I wasn’t properly inebriated my hands would shake violently... so much so I couldn't get any work done.
